uwu.im is a public XMPP server running ejabberd, hosted on Hetzner in Germany by the people who run OwO.
To use uwu.im, grab yourself a good Jabber IM client (such as Gajim) and register an account on the uwu.im server.
The server has many capabilities and popular XEPs activated, a list will be posted here soon.
Anyone is welcome on this server. The rules are roughly the same as the rules on sister site, uwu.social (a public Mastodon instance).
